The firm

A professional consultancy built on a single conviction.

Leaving a workplace should be treated as professionally and respectfully as joining one. Everything TRC does follows from that.

Our vision

A future where every working professional can work with dignity, make career transitions without fear, and live a life of balance, purpose and mental well-being.

Our mission

To give employees genuine guidance and support during workplace challenges and resignations; to raise awareness of exploitative practice and toxic culture; to protect the mental and emotional well-being of working professionals; and to work with legal practitioners, reformers and policymakers on meaningful change — in India first, and beyond.

Core values

Six commitments we are willing to be held to.

Empathy

We listen before we advise. Nobody arrives at this conversation casually.

Integrity

We will tell you when staying is the better move, and when you do not need to pay us.

Courage

We help people choose dignity over endurance — and say the difficult thing, properly.

Justice

Employees are entitled to specific things. We make sure they get them.

Confidentiality

Every engagement is private by default. No exceptions, no anonymised leaks.

Reform

A workplace culture that values humanity as much as productivity is the point of all of this.

The business model, stated plainly

Purpose does not pay for itself. We are honest about that.

TRC is a commercial business and a social-impact initiative at the same time. Both parts are real, and neither is decoration.

Paid work funds the free work. Consulting fees, digital products and future memberships generate the revenue that keeps the practice alive and pays for the resources we give away. That is deliberate, and we would rather say it than imply we run on goodwill.

The free tier is not a funnel trick. The assessment, the guides and the templates are genuinely useful on their own. A large share of people will use them and never pay us anything. That is a success, not a leak.

We will refuse work. If your situation does not need paid consulting, we will tell you so and point you at the free resource that does the job.
