How the legal components work. TRC™ is a consultancy, not a law firm. The legal opinion memo in Core Module 2, the contract and policy review in Core Module 3 and the legal support in Core Modules 4 and 5 are prepared with independent employment-law input and are not represented as TRC’s own legal opinion. Where a practitioner’s time is required beyond the memo, it is scoped case by case and may be billed separately — always confirmed in writing before the engagement begins.
Employer correspondence in Core Modules 4 and 5 is sent by TRC as your appointed consultant, on your written instruction. It is professional correspondence, not legal representation.
All prices are in Indian rupees and exclusive of applicable taxes. Nothing is charged automatically; scope is confirmed before any payment is expected.

Because withholding it is a sales tactic, not a professional one. You are usually making this decision under stress. You should be able to see what it costs before you speak to anyone.
Yes. Each module includes everything in the modules below it. You are never asked to buy the same work twice, and you can move up mid-engagement by paying the difference.
A scheduled, confidential one-to-one session with Mr. TRC, typically 45 to 60 minutes, with written follow-up notes and clear next actions. Calls are not counted in minutes or clipped mid-sentence.
A written read of the clauses that matter in your case — notice, bond, recovery, confidentiality, non-compete — prepared with independent employment-law input and not represented as TRC’s own legal opinion. TRC is not a law firm.
It is written to inform your decision. It is not a substitute for legal representation, and if the matter escalates we will tell you so and refer you to an independent practitioner.
If we conclude at the case-review stage that you do not need a paid engagement, we say so and refund the unused portion. Once strategy calls and drafting have begun, fees for delivered work are non-refundable.
Use the free assessment and resources, which are complete tools rather than teasers. If your situation is severe and your means are limited, write to us and say so directly — TRC Social Impact exists for exactly that, and subsidised places are allocated case by case as capacity allows.
