Life-Death & Resignation is about that gap: what happens to people when leaving a job becomes something they are afraid to do, and what it costs when the decision is made in exhaustion rather than clarity. The title is deliberate. In the situations that led to this practice being founded, the weight of a job someone could not leave has been measured in more than money.
It is written for the person reading their own contract at midnight, and for the managers, HR leaders and organisations on the other side of that decision.
