Pillar 03
The people who most need an exit are least able to buy one.
That is not a marketing observation, it is the central tension in this business. TRC Social Impact is how we intend to resolve it — with specifics, and without pretending the money is already there.
Where we are honest
A junior employee on a modest salary, bonded to a company, being pressured by a manager and losing sleep, is the person who needs professional exit support most. They are also the person least able to pay ₹6,990 for it.
We are not going to solve that with a discount code. It requires the paid practice to be strong enough to fund the unpaid one, and it requires us to publish what we are actually doing rather than gesture at good intentions.
So: here is what exists today, and here is what does not yet. We would rather be held to a short honest list than a long aspirational one.

Being built
Committed, not yet delivered.
These depend on the paid practice reaching a scale that can fund them. We will publish progress rather than quietly drop them.
- Sponsored consulting placesA defined number of fully funded engagements each quarter for professionals in genuine financial distress, funded from paid work and, in future, from corporate partners.
- Subsidised tiersReduced-fee versions of the Core Modules, assessed on stated need rather than a means-testing bureaucracy.
- Vulnerable-situation priorityFast-tracked support where harassment, retaliation, withheld wages or mental-health risk are involved.
- Corporate transition partnershipsResponsible exit and employee-transition programmes with employers, structured legally and appropriately, including CSR-aligned collaborations.
If you are in genuine distress and cannot pay, write to us and say so plainly. Use the contact form or email contact@theresignationconsultant.com with “Social Impact” in the subject line. You will not be asked for documents or made to justify yourself at length. Places are limited and allocated case by case as capacity allows — we will tell you honestly if we cannot help.
Nobody should stay in a workplace that is harming them because professional help was priced out of reach.
Fund the work by using it.
Every paid engagement is what makes the free tier and the subsidised places possible. If you can pay, that is how you contribute.
