Palvinder Singh Bharjiya helps working professionals across industries leave their jobs with dignity, legal clarity and career confidence. Toxic work environments, contested notice periods, bonds and buyouts, executive transitions — the situations people are most reluctant to describe out loud.
He founded TRC after more than two decades of professional experience, and after watching the same pattern repeat: capable people staying in workplaces that were damaging them because they feared contracts they had never read, managers who traded on that fear, and a culture that reads resignation as betrayal. In the worst cases, that silence has cost lives.
His focus is deliberately narrow. An entire industry teaches you how to get hired. He works on the other end — how to leave, and how to leave well. Resignation letters, exit interview coaching, notice-period negotiation, HR and compliance guidance, and the strategy that holds it all together.
Through one-to-one consultations and a growing public presence, the work is aimed at normalising strategic resignation: leaving roles with clarity, confidence and a long-term view, rather than in exhaustion or anger.
The role did not exist in India as a full-time profession before TRC™. It does now.
